1. Acceptance of Terms

By using TournamentInsights™, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use TournamentInsights™.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC)

TournamentInsights™ allows users to submit content including reviews, ratings, comments, and other materials (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you agree that:

  • Your content reflects your personal opinion and experience.
  • You are solely responsible for your content.
  • Your content does not violate any law or third-party rights.

You grant TournamentInsights™ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and reproduce your User Content within the service. TournamentInsights™ does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of User Content.

4. Informational Listing Disclaimer

TournamentInsights™ is an informational listing platform. Tournament and venue information may change, including dates, locations, fees, and logistics. You agree to verify critical details directly with official websites and organizers before making decisions. TournamentInsights™ is not responsible for third-party changes, cancellations, schedule updates, or fee changes.

5. Moderation & Removal

We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to edit, remove, or restrict content that violates these Terms or our content standards, including removal without notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

TournamentInsights™ is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TournamentInsights™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. TournamentInsights™'s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months, if any.

8. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising from or relating to TournamentInsights™ shall be resolved through binding arbitration, not in court. You waive the right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative proceedings.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
